If you purchase an item in the store and the equipment is faulty or damaged upon receipt, we will arrange to collect the item for inspection and will send you a replacement item if your claim is proved. To clarify this, we will not offer a refund under any of the following circumstances:
- If you knew the item was faulty when you purchased it
- If you have damaged the item by misuse or by trying to repair it yourself or by engaging a third party to repair it or by modifying it in any way.
- You no longer want the item after taking delivery and post-despatch (for example if you have simply changed your mind since purchase for whatever reason).
- We may under certain circumstances offer you a store credit note for the full value of the goods purchased to allow you to select another item or items in our store to the value of the credit note. We will not offer you a cash refund should you not use the full value of the credit note and will not offer new credit notes for the balance. Should your new choice costs more than the value of the credit note you will have to pay the difference.
- The item is returned to us by someone other than you.
- A 14-day grace period or ‘cooling off period’ does NOT apply to goods purchased in Store.
