1. Where we deliver
We offer FREE delivery of NEW equipment purchased from Reference Audio to the mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Isles of Scilly, and some of the remote Scottish Isles). For other areas please contact us for a quote.
We reserve the right to change our delivery charges immediately if necessary. If this affects an order you have already placed, then we will contact you before shipping and give you the option of a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Delivery Times
We calculate delivery times using working days. If you order after 12:00PM, then we start the calculation from the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive excluding bank holidays.
Our aim is to dispatch goods within 2 working days of an order being placed. Please allow 5 working days from the time of your order to receipt of item. If an order is expected to take longer than this our order fulfilment department will contact you to inform you of this.
Where multiple items are ordered, we will dispatch them all in one package. If you have ordered any special or customised items, or items otherwise not immediately available, we will dispatch the order when all items are available. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us and we will do are very best to help you.
Please note we always aim to deliver as soon as possible, so your item will often reach you sooner.
3. Order tracking
We dispatch all items from our website using tracked delivery services. You will be supplied with the details of your tracking number to allow you to track your delivery.
4. Trade in Collection/Delivery
When using our trade in facility we ask that the customer send the trade in items to us for inspection. Where this isn't possible we can arrange a courier collection on your behalf at a small extra cost at a time and day that is convenient to you. When the trade in item has been inspected and condition and functionality has been verified then we will dispatch the new item free of charge the next working day. Where the trade in facility has been used with bigger, heavier items (usually over 25kgs) we would typically arrange a day in the diary with our customers to hand deliver the new items, and verify and collect the trade in equipment at the same time. This is subject to our own existing schedule and the customers location.
