KEF

KEF is a British loudspeaker manufacturer of high end loudspeakers. It was founded in Tovil, Maidstone, Kent in 1961 by electrical engineer Raymond Cooke and named after Kent Engineering & Foundry with which it originally shared the site.

KEF’s mission is to deliver sound with as little intervention as possible; from treble to bass, and everything in between. Listeners should be able to close their eyes and immerse themselves in the sound so deeply that they are transported, in their minds, to the source. KEF believe that the best sound is natural sound – and that access to it is a right, not a privilege.

Experience is everything, and that’s no overstatement. Combining KEF's obsessions with acoustic authenticity and innovative engineering, they firmly believe the proof is in the pudding and happy for their products to be demonstrated against all others as KEF products speak for themselves!
